I am impressed with the dedication the BIGS have for our students and how they are so respectful of the time and interaction they have with the students and their families. They are attentive, motivated and willing to make their time with their Littles special. I see the joy that the Littles express: great BIG smiles, laughter and they are so proud to announce to others "that their BIG brother or sister is coming to see them today at school." The families are so grateful that they have someone special involved in their child's lives not because they have to but because they want to.
